Self-Serve spin shoe rentals available ($5) or bring your own spin shoes (bikes have no cages).

Bring your Refillable water bottle~ filtered refill station, or stop by CVS, Whole Foods or any of the other RUNWAY businesses to grab an ice cold drink and get your parking validation!

PLESAE NOTE: Riders should arrive 10 minutes early (by 5:20) to allow for proper time to clip in shoes and adjust bikes. Bikes not claimed by 5:25 will be filled by waitlist. Due to safety concerns and to reduce distractions to other participants, no late-shows will be allowed to enter class.
